Kölbs Reading Pillow: What Matters for Bedside Use
Structured support for sitting up
The solid foam construction gives this pillow a defined backrest shape, while the arm rests add side support.
That combination makes it most relevant to reading or screen time when you want to stay seated, rather than a general-purpose pillow for changing positions.
Pick a size using the height guidance
The Standard and Tall options are explicitly tied to height, with the break point at 5' 11". If you are close to that mark, compare the stated fit guidance with how much back coverage you want before choosing.
Small details that support a bedside routine
Pockets on the arms can keep a phone, remote, or book nearby, and the handle is useful if the pillow moves between a bedroom and living area.
These features add convenience while keeping the product centered on seated lounging.
Cover care and placement
A removable plush velvet cover offers a straightforward washing option.
The pillow is intended for use on a mattress or sofa, so think about the seating spot where it will live and whether its backrest form fits that setup.
